Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

Visiting the carrier's website (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and entering your tracking number

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the package and contents, and contact us immediately at info@lavinte.com.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received the package, reach out to us promptly.

We'll work diligently to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in transit, address changes cannot be accommodated.
